About Edible Mementos

Edible Mementos was conceived during a summer long travel. I was traveling through Europe and parts of Africa and realized how I was able to connect with a new place though food. At that moment, I knew I wanted to write about all things food related. Food alone is not enough, it is any of the pieces: from shopping for the ingredients to preparation to consumption to the table talks. It is these moments for why we love food.
